On the occasion of World Environment Day, a tree plantation program was organised  at GURU BRAHMANAND KANYA MAHAVIDYALAYA ANJANTHALI under the joint aegis of NSS and Important Day Organising Committee. On this occasion, Chaudhary Rishipal, head of Kanya Gurukul Education Committee, said that trees and plants are very important for the protection of the environment. We all should not be relaxed only by planting trees but also take care of the plants after that so that they remain safe and the environment can be protected. It is our responsibility to provide a healthy and safe environment to the coming generations. Therefore, we should also spread awareness in the society about environmental protection. The program was jointly organized by NSS in-charge Dr. Usha rani and Important Day Organizing Committee in-charge Dr. Aarti Bhatnagar.  On this occasion, Vice-Chief of Kanya Gurukul Education Committee Chaudhary Ramesh chandra, General Secretary Chaudhary Mahavir Kaul, Member Chaudhary Inder Singh, Prof. Anju bala, Prof. Komal Dindyal, Rajinder Kumar, Malkhan Singh and the college family were present.
